 | It was decided by all attending to continue funding the contingency fund for
emergencies and equipment replacement for 2010. All property owners will be assessed
$150 each six months ($300 total for July 2010 - July 2011). |
 | 2010 fees remain at $290 for homes and $65 for lots. |
 | Two new street shut-off valves still need to be installed (Miller's and
Romeyn's) and one street shut-off needs to be relocated. Once these actions
are done, the supply lines will be up to date. |
 | A map of all the hydrants and home shut-off valves should be completed
shortly. A copy of the map will be posted inside the pumphouse. |
 | Water certificates should be mailed to company members by the end of the
summer. |
 | A community portable fire pump is mounted on a trailer and ready to go. It
has a 2" ball hitch and can be towed to fires in the neighborhood. Contact
Steve Silcott for training and further information. |
 | Work is still progressing on joining or supporting the fire department at Aspendell. |
 | All of the hose boxes are stocked and locked. Please check the boxes and
make sure you are familiar with how to use the equipment. Contact Steve
Silcott for training and further information. |
