Welcome to the South Fork of Bishop Creek Property Owners Association website! The South Fork of Bishop Creek is located about 15 miles south of Bishop, California at about 8,400 feet in elevation.  This area is also known as "Habeggers", after the original developers of the area, Oliver and Vera Habegger and "Mountain View Estates" which was the original name of the development created by the Habeggers.

Association Profile

The purpose of the Property Owners Association  is to make the South Fork of Bishop Creek a better place for residents by pooling resources and providing a collective voice to government entities.

There are approximately 35 property owners in this area, some of which live here full time. The rest use their property for weekends and vacations.
